Oh, those look so yummy! I just adore cooking with coconut (in all forms!). Macaroons are a favorite of mine, as long as they come with a little dip or drizzle of chocolate.

This was actually the first time I used coconut butter in a recipe. I love to use coconut in everything too though!!

Yum! I love coconut! Where do you get the coconut butter, Hanan? I’ve just recently started looking into more paleo recipes and now have coconut oil in the kitchen, but haven’t seen coconut butter.

I found mine at Fred Meyer (Kroger store). I think you would be able to find it at Trader Joe’s, if you have one. If not, Tropical Traditions would be a good place to buy some online.

Yummy! I used to live near a bakery that made these in Boston. They were my favorite! Thanks for the recipe.

I can’t wait to make these! They look so good! Do you think it would be ok to use honey instead of maple syrup?

I’m not sure. I’ve never tried to make them with honey instead. It might give it a little bit of a different taste. If you do substitute, I’d love to know how they turned out!
