It’s been a couple of weeks since I have posted a Mamavation Monday post. Mostly because I had nothing to say, except my choices haven’t been working. I haven’t been to the gym in weeks, mostly because of being busy, sick kids, etc. When it comes to food, there are just too many bad choices out there, and it’s been hard trying to have self control of the toxins. So after some research this weekend, I have decided to go Paleo, for at least a month.

I have pinned a ton of Paleo recipes on Pinterest. I made a shopping list, bought most of what I could today, and the rest tomorrow. I’m going to try and post what meals I make/eat this next month and I really hope it helps me feel better. My current weight is 212, and I am not happy about that. It’s great knowing I have lost over 20lbs since the start of the year, but I have more yet to go. Next week is the beginning of our Mamavation Graduate campaign, and we will be getting Taebo DVD’s from Billy Blanks. Even if I can’t make it to they gym, I have no excuse. I want, no need, to be down to 200 before the end of the year.
