Do you ever crave foods? For me, I tend to have more cravings for sweets or chocolate then anything else.
Many people don’t realize that food cravings are actually just our body’s way of telling us we are missing something in our diet. More often then not, it’s vitamins and minerals.

This past week, I kinda fell off the Mamavation Two Week Challenge. I have been so busy with summer, family, and BlogHer coming up that I just haven’t had the time to think about a workout schedule. Of course that also didn’t stop me from going to the gym a couple of times last week. Overall, I neither lost or gain anything. It’s all good.
Goals this week are -
- Gym time on Monday and Wednesday
- Free weights on Tuesday and Thursday
- 100 oz of water daily
- NO eating out until Friday.
