So many of you know I am traveling to NYC next month for BlogHer. Which means FIVE full days of walking is ahead of me. So when one of my blogging friends Emily, talked about how awesome her OOFOS Sandals were, I knew I wanted to try a pair myself.
They sell two different styles of footwear. One being the OOahh Slide, that goes across your foot/toes, and the other is the OOriginal Thong, which is what I prefer.
I decided on a black pair, to go with more outfits. You can also purchase the sandals in Tangerine, Mocha, and Fuchsia depending on which style you choose. Both styles are available in both men and women’s sizes.
As soon as I took them out of their packaging, they had an overwhelming scent of either rubber or plastic. It was super strong, but after a day or two of having them around, it quickly went away.
I found OOFOS Footwear on Amazon & The Insole Store for almost $40, which is actually a really great price for a pair of sandals that are SO SO COMFORTABLE!! You want cheap sandals, go buy cheap sandals and that’s what you will get cheap sandals. These are far from it.
I have been wearing them a few times a week, for the past few weeks, and am already in love. I’m thinking I need to get a pair of the Fuchsia ones asap.
They do offer great arch support, and coming from someone who has no arch what so ever, they are still extremely comfortable. The sizing seemed pretty accurate to other shoes I buy. They were not too big or too small.
I literally feel like I could walk in them for hours and still feel great afterwards. You know those mats they have in restaurants and places where you stand all day. It feels like your walking on one of those. I just love how you kinda bounce, as you walk.

Flip Flops are my life. I live in them for as long as I can during the year. Being from New York, I even got little flip flop socks, so I can wear them just that much longer.

I’d probably go with a neutral color, to try them. And then get ORANGE. My daughter’s favorite color.
