Trying to stay on track with my weight loss is going to be some what of a challenge this coming week. The day after tomorrow, I leave for the Big Apple, to join 4,500 bloggers at BlogHer.
For me, one of the easiest ways to stay on track is routine at home. When you’re traveling, that routine can easily be ruined. Especially when you are g0-go-go, pretty much the entire day.
The upside to traveling to New York this week, I will be doing a TON of walking. Between the airports, events, parties, and hopefully a little sight seeing.
My goals for this week are -
- Bring snacks for the plane and while there. Snacks include: fruit, Larabars, nuts, and a refillable water bottle.
- Avoid “snacking” at BlogHer events and parties.
- No food after 8pm, except maybe CheeseBurgHer ;)
- Get to bed by 11pm, each night.
Last week, I didn’t have a chance to post. Mainly because we were out of town all weekend, and nothing really changed. This week, my weight is about the same. I only made it to the gym once in the past week and a half. We have just been so busy. Once I get back, I am going to get back into my routine, hopefully!
