CAT Preschool Toys from Toy State

CAT Preschool has a variety of new toys for your little worker. Created as an extension of the already popular Caterpillar line of construction toys, but designed for younger children.

Just at the right age to tear things apart and figure out how to put them back together Logan’s favorite toy is the Take-A-Part Truck for ages 3+. It comes with a power drill and is available in three models. He is just fascinated that his drill actually works like daddy’s and he doesn’t want any help when it comes to putting it back together. He loves puzzles and it’s great to see him playing like this.

Olivia happened to find the toys fascinating as well. She really liked the Big Movin’ Rumbler truck for 18+ months. It includes a great many number of boulders and as you place them in the bed of the truck the truck starts to shake and shout “We can’t hold anymore!” The kids find this hilarious as the truck then starts to dump the boulders. Logan starts to scream and shout, “Oh, no! We can’t hold anymore!” And him and his sister run around the room laughing and then trying it again.

Also included was the Lil’ Worker R/C machine. It’s a tiny guy with a remote control. It comes in four models. When you push the button down it’s supposed to bolt forward and you release the button to spin it. The kids take turns playing with this one. I think it might have been more exciting if you could control which way it goes, but it’s chaotic path comes with giggles and curiosity.

It’s never too early to get to work! Toy State’s Cat® Preschool line features iconic machine styles that bring “The Feel of Real” to even the most junior Cat operator. The wide range of classic play functions, along with exciting lights & sound features will encourage creative play and lead to hours of playtime fun.

Besides the fun CAT Preschool toys I mentioned, they have a whole line of exciting toys for preschooler’s to choose from. All of which you can check out online at ToyState.com

I received the products mentioned above for my review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

  11. I don’t know if you check your comments so long after a post, but here is my story: I went to a BBQ with my one year old son about two months ago. The little boy there at a CAT brand bulldozer, with an infrared sensor on the top. The bulldozer would go until it ran into something, then reverse and go in a different direction (or maybe it spun around?). My son was in fits over this toy, I’ve never seen him get so excited over something!

Since then, we have been searching everywhere for this toy! We went to the toystore where the parents bought it, but no luck! We were under the impression that it didn’t have a remote control, but now I’m starting to wonder if it was the Lil’ Worker model that you reviewed…

Does the Lil’ Worker machine you have go forward until it hits things without the remote control present? Or does it just spin in circles?

    Sorry for the long story!

    • Hey, Nikol. That little toy sounds fun, and I’ve seen toys like that, but this one just spins in circles unless you hold down on the remote before it darts out. The kids love it just the same – whether or not the remote is present (1 1/2 yrs and almost 4yrs).

Also, I went to the Toy State website and they sell at Walmart, Toys R Us, Kmart and Target. I don’t know if you were having troubles finding a seller or the specific toy. I hope you find what you’re looking for and I hope this helps to answer your question.

      -Amanda

      • Thanks, I actually couldn’t find it available online anywhere except for Kmart. I bought this model, because I wonder if maybe they took the one we saw off the market! The original owners bought it at a small craft store and I am sure their toy stock doesn’t get rotated often!
