I don’t know about you, but I love to cook.
Especially now, since I am trying to lose weight, and eat better.
Nothing is worse, then having a crappy set of cookware when you cook almost all your meals for yourself or your family. So when I had the chance to test out Bialetti Pans, I was more then a little excited.

I was telling Nick a few weeks ago, how much I love our current set of pots and pans we have. My father-in-law bought them for us from Costco, five years ago. Yes, it was that long ago and I still love them. However, my smallest pan was pretty scratched up from all these years of use.
I was telling him, how excited I was to be able to get some new pans. Yes, at my age…new pans are exciting! He then asked what brand they were. After I told him Bialetti (well I kinda butchered it, lol), he began to laugh. Apparently our set from his dad ARE Bialetti too.
So basically, yes…I am already a huge fan of their products.
Bialetti features a line of ceramic nonstick eco-friendly cookwear called “Aeternum”.

What you need to know…

- use with plastic or wooden tools recommended.
- recommended hand-wash only. Warranty does not cover dish-washed products

The only thing I dislike, is the fact that they are manufactured in China. I personally, would much rather buy from the US.
I have been using them for a few weeks now, and of course love them! No need to spray the pan, before cooking. Eggs, meat, veggies, you name it. Because they are non-stick, they are also really easy to clean. Which is a plus, since you can’t put them in the dishwasher.
I used it just the other night to make Salsa Chicken and I love how nothing sticks, and it was a breeze to rinse out after.
