Tonight is the night, we find out who the next Mamavation Moms are and I’m kinda freaking out.
If I get a spot…
Will I be able to keep up?
Will I be able to stay strong?
Can I handle 7 weeks of intense exercise and a strict food regiment?
These are just a few questions, that keep stiring up in my head.
What I do know. No matter what happens tonight,
I. WILL. NOT. GIVE. UP.
I will continue to make healthy decisions when it comes to food. I will continue to go to the gym weekly and work in even 20 minutes at home, if i need to.
That I do know.
So this week, I weighed in at 232. Which means, only 1 pound loss this week. I think it was mostly due to anxiety and stress from the past couple of days.
With tonight, flying out to NY tomorrow morning, oh and my daughter breaking her arm. Who was up at 1am this morning. It’s been a crazy week, and of course this week is even more insane.
I just want to give a big shout out to everyone who has commented on my Mamavation posts, and who has voted for me this past week! I really appreciate all the support. If you haven’t voted yet. There is still time. You can vote until, I believe 6p pst tonight. Then enter to win $50 HERE.

Good luck tonight! I’ll be there cheering you on! I love your attitude – you can do anything with that positivity!

And personally I am proud of your POUND! I have had my own fight with the scale over the past few weeks and instead of letting it win, I’ve decided to pack it up and visit it in a few weeks.(well 2 so I can find out the results of the 2 week challenge, lol). You are only as good as you SAY you are, and I think your awesome.
Good luck tonight!
