Room Decorating Ideas for my oldest girl.

So just recently we moved my oldest daughter into her own room. So now of course I am going crazy on Pinterest looking for ideas to decorate her room.

This is what her bedding looks like. It’s the Twilight Garden Bed in a Bag from Walmart.

So, I want to go with the Black, Pink, and White colors. Here are some ideas I have already.

I love everything about this Pin from bhg.com. Especially the paint colors, painted baking sheets with magnets, and the book shelf.

I would love to recreate this pin from ginnyphillipsphotography.squarespace.com, with black, white, and pink scrapbooking paper that make a flower tree for her room.

How great is this pin idea? Two Expedite bookcases from Ikea turned on their sides with a cushion on top. I am SO making this.

Don’t worry, I will get photos and show you how her room comes out!

    I initially started out with Princess’ for Olivia and Super Hero’s for Logan. I’m now leaning towards an underwater ocean theme of mermaids, pirates and sharks for both. They Love to read and I love how they utilized the book shelf for a sitting area/toy area. I may be stealing some ideas, of course with Way different outcomes :) Thanks for sharing.

    OK, I absolutely love these ideas. Especially the flower tree (which I’ll be pinning myself) and flipping the Ikea bookcases for storage. Can’t wait to see the final outcome!
