I love French fries, what sane person doesn’t? From what I’m told though, they’re not all that healthy for you.
I mean aren’t potatoes a veggie after all?
Since I threw out my deep fryer a number of years ago I needed to find a way to make some good French fries that weren’t actually fried. That’s where my oven came in handy. Cut up a nice large russet potato, toss it with some olive oil and spice and pop it in the oven for a healthier version of the tasty side.
