A few days ago I told you about Plus Size Bloggers and their 4 week contest! I thought since I am already doing a weekly weight loss tracking, it would be fun!
THE GOAL: LOSE 10 LBS IN 4 WEEKS!
Weight:
Starting weight > 218.7 (1.4.11)
Last week weigh in > 211.4
This week > 209.6 (-1.8 lbs)
Total > 9.1 lbs Lost so far!
First off, I absolutely sucked at exercising this past week! Like really sucked. I did the C25k once, and that’s it. I think I am seriously getting burnt out already of jogging on a treadmill.
Since I am starting this challenge, I’m thinking hey, why not just do the 30 day shred too! So tomorrow is day #1!
Weekly Dinner Menu
Mon – Chicken, Broccoli, and Candied Cashew Stir-Fry (one of our fav’s now!)
Tue – Chicken Pot Pie
Wed – Going out to eat, wish me luck!
Thur – Turkey and Bean Burritos
Fri – Tuna Spaghetti Casserole
Sat – Homemade Onion and mushroom pizza (pepperoni for them)
Sun – leftovers
